Splicing Kits

Splicing kits are excellent tools to quickly and economically produce non-standard sized O-rings in a wide arrange of sizes.  In theory, with the correct kit it is possible to produce an O-ring with a diameter larger than two feet (~67 cm).  Since these O-rings are produced by splicing cord stock, they are recommended to be used in relatively low pressure static sealing applications where little stretch is needed to install the O-ring.

Each kit contains O-Ring cord, a splicing jig, a single blade razor, bonding agent and a size chart for making O-Rings to your specifications
