16 Oz. Seal Kote O-Ring Emulsion

Seal Kote is a low viscosity silicone emulsion.  It is made out of a 50/50 mix of water and silicone fluid, which makes it ideal for lubricating parts prior to manual or automated assembly.  Normally 100% silicone fluid has very high viscosity, usually 30,000 to 50,000 cst, but by creating an emulsion with water, it becomes much easier to coat parts.  Due to the thermal stability of silicone fluid it can safely be used in most high temperature application, also the emulsion itself is chemically compatible with most common O-ring compounds.

The silicone emulsion comes in a 16 Oz. bottle, with a screw top lid to prevent leaks.
