Electronic Data Interchange

Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) allows RT/Dygert to directly translate your sales requests into our sales management software.  This direct communication is invaluable for several reasons.  Our EDI system saves time, instead of working with a customer service representive here at RT/Dygert; your orders are electronically put into our system.  Additionally, since this system is automated, it also prevents errors from human transcription of your faxed/emailed order into our sales system.
